Order dispatch

We usually dispatch orders within 3 business days of payment. Orders are prepared on business days (Monday to Friday); orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery countries and methods

We deliver in Lithuania, Poland and other EU countries. The available delivery methods (courier, parcel locker or pick-up point) and their cost are shown at checkout based on your address.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the method and country you choose. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and, where the carrier provides one, a tracking link.

Receiving your parcel

Please check the packaging when you receive the parcel. If you notice any damage, tell the courier and let us know at info@coatera.lt (buyers in Poland: info@coatera.pl), with photos attached.

Delays

In rare cases delivery may take longer because of the carrier or other circumstances beyond our control. We will let you know about any longer delay.
