Return policy

Return period

Items can be returned within 14 calendar days of the day you receive them.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• in the same condition as when you received it,
• unused and undamaged,
• in its original packaging,
• with all labels attached,
• accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.

Items sent back without prior notice will not be accepted.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, except when:

• the item arrived damaged,
• you received the wrong item.

In these cases the seller covers the shipping costs.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order immediately when you receive it.
If the item is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at ceo@coatera.lt so we can resolve the problem.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned:

• opened or used items,
• perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants),
• custom-made or personalised products,
• personal hygiene or cosmetic products,
• hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases,
• sale items,
• gift cards.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will let you know whether the refund is approved.

If it is approved, the money will be refunded to the same payment method within 7 business days of the return approval.

Banks or payment providers may need extra time to post the refund.

Consumer rights in the European Union

Under European Union law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
In that case the item must be unused, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase.
