Can the waterproofing be applied to a damp surface?

Yes. The MS polymer based MS-COAT range can be applied to damp substrates without a special primer, although direct rain during application must be avoided. No other material may be applied to a wet surface.

How long does a liquid waterproofing membrane last?

A correctly applied membrane lasts 10 to 20 years. Quality resins keep their properties from -40 C to +80 C, and local damage can be repaired locally because the membrane is fully bonded to the substrate.

How much material is needed per square metre?

On average 1.5 to 2 kg per square metre, and about 3 kg per square metre when reinforcing with geotextile or glass fibre. Consumption depends on how rough and porous the surface is. The calculator on coatera.lt gives the exact quantity for a specific project.

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days and is free in Lithuania on orders from 120 EUR.

Does Coatera carry out the installation work?

Coatera mainly supplies materials and full application guidance so customers can do the work themselves. Large projects are taken on selectively, and for other work Coatera refers customers to independent installers.

Can I collect my order myself?

Yes. Orders can be collected at Vilniaus g. 20B, Putiniškių k., Vilniaus r., by prior arrangement.
